Duncan is in Spartanburg Co and use the Municipoal Talk Groups. Try the Hogback Mtn Site.

Duncan FD uses the Spartanburg County Fire channels. They do not use 154.295 anymore.

As Larry said, PD is on the Palmetto 800 system.

I see you're in Asheville. We operate similar to Buncombe County. All county fire departments are dispatched on 154.310, all communications are carried on 154.025. The four tactical channels and sometimes the FD's private channels are used for fireground communications.

The City of Spartanburg uses 460.575 with 452.025 as an alternate.

Greenville-Spartanburg Airport FD dispatches themselves on 156.225 but is also dispatched by Spartanburg County on 154.310/154.025.

I heard GSP airport talking directly to Boiling Springs on 154.370 about cancelling an alert.

A bit late to this discussion, but Spartanburg County small town police departments share the same channel and are identified by their call signs. Duncan units are 540-559.
