I just noticed that Shelburne PD's radio traffic can also be heard on Marine Channel 87. 157.375 PL127.3. Any idea why they would be simulcasting their 453.150 traffic on a marine channel?

Thanks Bill.. I wonder if there is any interference with boats on the lake? Essex County NY purchased a block of MariTel marine frequencies from Motorola for their new P25 digital multicast system. The system is supposed to be online by this fall.

I know the 157.375 repeater has been on the air since I used to live in Vermont. On a good day I could hear it in Alburgh. That's been 10 years or so now; didn't realize it was still on the air.
