Help with NE TN frequencies/TGID

All,
Here are some frequencies I am receiving via the pre-programmed BCT-15X state frequencies. I was wondering if you all might have a more specific tag I could put on them to display.

These freqs come up flashing PL on the scanner display:

453.1000
155.5650 -- might be Church Hill PD
155.5350
155.4900
154.3400

TGIDs - Not listed in tables from RR or NY4EK website my Sullivan trunked system includes Kingsport and Bristol

48880 - might be Kingsport EMS to hospital - mostly vital sign and triage reports to hospital(maybe to Wellmont)

48912 - EMS to hospital ?( maybe to Indian Path - heard them reply)
33488/33392 - Sullivan County schools? or specific school?

OK, any new TG's you ID, please do submit them so we can add them to the DB.... As for other unknown freqs... If you can positively ID them as for usage, and the tones in use, submit them also. TY!

Your scanner decodes PL and DC tones. That is the only way you will know for sure who you are receiving. Look on the screen and see if it displays a tone.

These are what I can receive from my house so what your hearing may be one of those. As you can see there are two of the same frequencies but different PL tones. If I didnt program the tone in my scanner then I would be listening to both of them on the same frequency and wouldnt know which one is talking unless I knew the area, what they were talking about, or looked at the scanner to see what tone they were broadcasting. Since I programmed the tone then I will only hear the one with the corresponding tone. Some scanners do not decode the tones so that is was you have to deal with if it doesnt.

154.3400 - 131.8 PL Scott Co VA Fire

Thank you very much on the explanation. I had not noticed the code on the frequencies I had asked about. The scanner does flash PL but no code listed that I remember. But I will run FREESCAN controlling the scanner and see what gets logged.

155.5650 PL 5650 - I do agree Wise Co VA - heard talk of being in BIG STONE GAP and other areas in Wise also lots of reference for Highway 23. I will plug in these freqs with PL and see if it clears the water for me some.
