10-4 good buddy. So, heres the line up
453.400--162.2--Oxford county?
453.400--141.3--York county?
47.120 PL 100.0
47.100 PL 100.0
Was either of those repeaters?
We got D-O-T truck's hanging, watching the tree cutting by another company. I'll try lo-vhf signal stalking

Were they actual state employees doing the flagging? Around here they use a small company that uses the same freq. But different pl.

I bet the DOT's UHF portables have that 453.400 freq programmed as a few different channels, with each channel having a different tone.
I highly doubt they have any lowband HTs.

The D-O-T is on Brattle st right now. All yellow shirts say D-O-T. As of 12:02 pm, they are on 453.400--pl- 151.4 now.. Earlier, they had 2 portables on 453.400-141.3... They had problems hearing in 1 radio.. The supervisor said to get the OTHER 2 radio's... Now, they another pl... They are 300 feet from me.. All scanners say pl-151.4 now

Route 95 Maintenence flagger's

Today while in Kittery,
I came across the 95 maintenence crew with flagger's.
They were on route 101, working on the bridge that goes over 95..
( the bridge behind the Trading Post )
They were putting tar patches on it..
So, I hit my signal stalker and caught them..
Before I say what they were using,
I won't argue the point.
I was there, and heard them on----
151.625-PL--192.8

Now, why the 95 crew was on that assignment is beyond me.
The trucks all said --95 maintenence--, all with your standard 16 inch vhf antenna's..
I guess only the D-O-T flaggers use 453.400

I just got back from the same location.
This time, I got NAILED with freqs..
All I can say is-1 of these freqs was talking about the project..
OH, the D-O-T was there this time too..
As well as 95 crew...
So, here is what I caught.
151.880--dc-143,
467.900--dc--624,
152.0075, --229.1,
151.1075---Kittery dpw
, and Hisson cement, 464.500--dc--654. ( car to car ) VERIFIED..
All of these hit me when I was between flaggers. ( fast fingers +good equipment )
So, I cannot say who is who.
But-1 of them was was talking about the BRIDGE JOB..
Thanks for the input Mr, charger...
I --DO-- value your opinion, thanks...
