OKC OHP has some strange patches going on. At 1700 the mobile transmissions on AM 1 started being patched I guess to be retransmitted on low band channel 1 44.700. You don't hear any dispatcher traffic on low band just mobiles. The traffic on 41680 seems normal though for a short while 41680 went away for awhile.
