N871ST must be a zone 1 chopper if am logging it here in Cecil County Maryland

Maybe tail numbers match each of the 6 zones.. 871ST zone 1 , 876ST zone 6 etc..

Maryland also has 6 choppers statewide and they get called if a cat falls out of a tree... just kidding

1ST has been floating between APU 1 (Reading Airport) and APU 3 (Cap City Airport).
5ST has been working out of APU 5 (Latrobe).
I have not monitored anything from 6ST, the other new 407.
