the Turnpike claims that the significant investment and maintenance costs of the
system preclude the Turnpike from migrating to 700 MHz.34 Additionally, the Turnpike claims that it
cannot migrate onto the Pennsylvania State Police “StarNet” system due to the Turnpike’s unique

They are going to replace 159.045mhz to 156.195mhz and 159.075mhz to 156.225mhz
159.045mhz and 159.075 will be mobile to mobile

yes however if you note they are making the input freqs listed as a FB2 which would mean they will become the output freq.
