New Amb, freq

I did a uhf search last week with the snub antenna from R-S. ( 1.5 inches tall ) I kept it short for close signals.. Amongst other stuff I got 460.700 PL 136.5.. They just cleared from Somersworth, so now-- who can it be? Not--AMR, American, or Mcgregor,,,, Any ideas?
