Randolph AFB frequency question

The db list 258.300 MHz as a app/dep frequency for Randolph AFB. Does anyone know if theystill use it? I have never heard anyone on this frequency.

That is the first site I look at. I found an old list dated 1999 that had that frequency listed on it. I an going to say that the frequency is not used anymore. I will submit to the db to delete it.
