Richmond county/ warsaw

I was in warsaw this week I talk to a policeman of warsaw he sad they are useing icom radios as well as ems iam trying to find the freqs in data bank cant seem to find them if they are on a system that the scanner can no pick upor what do any body no police and ems freqs they should have a old anlog freq patch to ems or fire like all other trs systems do do any body no.these freqs or my svanner will not work with richmond county system I am use ths pro 106

I know this is a while I just saw this. Richmond County is on a Digital system for EMS and fire as well as police. The fire and EMS dispatch is simualcast on a 45.28 but you can only hear the dispatcher not any of the other unit.

Richmond's system can't be monitored, unfortunately.
