Great setup. Nice and tidy and a bonus is you have desk space!. I like the laptop as your "desktop pc", less noise, power demands, etc. Excellent choices for your radios, especially the Motos.

Congrats

Nice!! I only see one mic connected, to one of the Kenwoods - do you only use the other radios for monitoring purposes or were the mics just disconnected to make the desk area cleaner or something like that?

I only really use the UHF Kenwood for talking, the rest are for monitoring. I have the mics, but they're in a drawer...

My antenna setup is decent, but my connections need some serious work. Right now I'm using a series of splitters on the radios that I don't TX on. The UHF Kenwood is on it's own UHF antenna. I am planning to change over to a multicoupler for the RX radios at some point in the future.

You really need to waterproof your antenna connection(s). Wrap the connectors with shrinkable tape, or a good quality brand of electrical tape. Otherwise, your connections will be compromised by rain, moisture, and other adverse weather conditions.
