Winter Park question

Is Winter Park switching back to the Orange County system, or is just using it for backup because, I noticed their talkgroups are coming over the Orange County system now instead of the Apopka system and that their individual site connected to Apopka is showing failed on PRO96COM and that PD and FD units were using 5XXXXXX ID's instead of 4XXXXXX ID's and 1XXXXXXX ID's instead of 4XXXXXX ID's for consoles.

Now based on listening Winter Park has switched from the Apopka system to the Orange County system as the Winter Park site is now a node of the Orange County system. Makes it easier to listen to WPFD than the way it was before.
