NE PA Medevac??

I am in zip code 18337 does anyone know what medevac comes out this way and their frequency ?? thanks

Life flight out of Giesinger in Williamsport is probably the closest medical helicopter service. I know MedEvac from Lehigh Valley and PennStar are dispatched up that way as well. Check the PA state wide database for all of the medical helicopters.

Medical helos in NE PA... and in most areas... are extremely frequency-agile and can pop up almost anywhere in addition to their "company" frees. They will appear on FD, EMS, and MED channels as they approach/depart a scene / LZ.

Emergycare Lifestar no longer exists. The area was taken over by STAT Medevac.

Ya figured a few were off, just did a google search and found the list

...and JeffSTAT 3 is now based at Brandywine Hospital in Coatesville (Chester County) where SkyFlight Care was formerly based before they shut down in 2011.

JeffStat 3 is not in service yet. Last update was Nov 1.

Don't forget the medevac's out of NYS. Life Net 75 comes out of Catskill regional hospital in Harris NY and is sent to NEPA alot. Also any medevac helo's that are close by could be sent as well like NJSP. I live in Lords Valley and have seen NJSP and Life Net 75 here alot.
