353.55 - Houston Center - REX02 declaring emergency, request direct to Callender. Having a fuel problem. Possible trapped gas, or just not transferring.

283.4 - newly found just now - At least 2 pilots A/A, inbound Navy New Orleans. While listening, mentioned that "this is the airspace we'll be fighting over" (WHODAT I assume). Also one pilot made mention of the barrier islands, and the other commented that they used to be a lot bigger too, before all the hurricanes.

No callsigns heard and or any clues as to their point of origin. If things keep going as they have been I guess the 159th will be going at it again in about 60-90 minutes. Maybe these guys too.

Was that the DC-10 that made the emergency landing about 5PM at IAH-Bush?

283.4 Just went active a few minutes ago. No fix on who it is yet.

Helos 228.6 Mhz Lafayette, Governor?

Heard two helos very strong on this frequency coordinating a landing. They mentioned something about the governor. Any idea who this is? Nat Guard? Coast Guard?
