Windsor Area NXDN/TRBO

Been in Windsor a bit this week, found a NXDN system.. Not sure if its on the Canadian or US side

Site 1 RAN 1

Ch 4 - 412.2125
Both have been control channels
Seen talkgroups 1 5 6 but unable to follow the voice since didnt have all the voice channels

Just wondering if anyone in the area could monitor that system and see who it is

451.3375 possibly St.Clair College too.

For anyone in that area who could check these out.. Sadly im not that that often or for very long to get some good data on these
