The land of broken calculators.
That's funny. So they hired a consultant at a cost of over $65,000 to do a study because *quote* the current system is " is a 'system of systems' that is inefficient, electronically complicated, unreliable, and costly to operate and maintain." and what does the consultant come up with???

A new "state-of-the-art" $25 million dollar system. Surely that won't be "electronically complicated" nor "costly to operate and maintain".

That's almost $100 per every person that lives in the county. That's ludicrous.

This is what happens when you hire consultants, folks. And this is also what happens when imbeciles with little to no business experience get elected to run the county government.
