VINCENNES, Ind. — Newly installed upgrades to Knox County’s E-911 system are proving to be a problem for first responders using the equipment, county officials explained Tuesday to News 10. The County Council in August approved approximately $635,000 for equipment upgrades and new radios for Knox County fire, police, and first responders.
