Can anyone confirm that 851.4250 is a new, valid CC for the TOPAZ RWC? I'm getting Mesa FD talkgroups, and an encrypted talkgroup or two so far. I haven't listened long enough to catch Mesa, Gilbert or AJ PD.

I'm in Peoria, and the known TOPAZ RWC frequencies aren't really receivable over here, even the Shaw Butte site.

Thanks all.

Looks like it's legit: WQTX417 (MESA, CITY OF) FCC Callsign Details

So far I've only seen a couple of encrypted talkgroups active, but one of them belongs to Mesa PD's SAU unit. Good find!

I have submitted the data for this new Thompson Peak site that appears to be replacing the previous one, with a RFSS - Site Id of 3-004. There are 3 alternate control channels, 5 voice frequencies in use, and 1 licensed one not yet in use.
