I just what to clarify what you are looking for. I think you are referring to a dispatch on Phoenix Fire Ch1. I have heard units assigned to "Mesa channel B11". After hearing this, I have not had an opportunity to monitor Mesa Fire VHF or the TRWC to correlate the channel number to a freq or talkgroup. Is this what you are referring to?

Phoenix FD B-Deck:
B-1 = 154.190 Dispatch (CTCSS 173.8)
B-2 = 155.745 Black Canyon City FD repeater (CTCSS 192.8)
B-3 = 154.265 VFIRE-22
B-4 = 154.280 VFIRE-24
B-5 = 154.295 VFIRE-23
B-6 = 154.370 Rural-Metro FD 2 repeater (CTCSS 114.8)
B-7 = 154.400 Rural-Metro FD 5 (CTCSS 114.8)
B-8 = 154.340 Mesa FD 1 (CTCSS 167.9 FM)
B-9 = 154.235 Mesa FD 2 (CTCSS 167.9 FM)
B-10 = 153.950 Mesa FD 3 (CTCSS 136.5 FM)
B-11 = 154.340 Mesa FD 1 (DCS 114 NFM)
B-12 = 154.235 Mesa FD 2 (DCS 115 NFM)
B-13 = 153.950 Mesa FD 3 (DCS 116 NFM)
B-14 = 155.475 Interoperability VAIRS-1 repeater (CTCSS 141.8)
B-15 = 162.550 NOAA/NWS receive
B-16 = 154.190 Dispatch (CTCSS 173.8)

I don't know exactly how accurate this still is. The info is now several years old, from about the time the narrowband mandate went into affect, hence why Mesa's channels are duplicated, but was the last known channelization that I got from someone.

I have seen this Phoenix Fire B-Deck channel plan a few years ago when Phoenix Fire was going through narrowbanding. I’m not sure if this is accurate anymore.

Tonight I heard a dispatch on Phoenix Channel 1 for a structure fire that was assigned to “Blue Deck 11” ie B11. I also took a look at the online CAD, and it showed this structure fire, Gilbert/Mesa units that were assigned on Ch B11. This time I was in a position to monitor Mesa fire. Chandler BC 281 was initially dispatched to the call, but went in service shortly after Gilbert Fire arrived on scene.

All of the radio traffic for these units and the associated structure fire was on TRWC talkgroup 3065. Gilbert/Mesa units ID’d this talkgroup as Channel 2(also as documented in the DB).

This leads me to believe Phoenix FD B11 = TRWC talkgroup 3065.
