Does this system really stretch to Snohomish County? Or do they have roaming capabilites on King and Snohomish County systems?

I have seen officers in other cities during low peak dead hours or off duty scanning transit buses or public works finding it interesting believe it or not. It is funny.

I don't see this is new? I thought they put this in years ago? I have been monitoring it for at least a year with real traffic.
