Orphaned Wiki page not correctly recognized by system

Good morning Admins,

In case it matters, the following blank-page seems not to be correctly recognized as orphaned:

Omaha Regional Interoperability Network-System Information

Special:ShortPages shows zero bytes, which is correct for the blank-page.

Special:UncategorizedPages recognizes the page as uncategorized, as expected.

But, Special:LonelyPages does not recognize the page as orphaned, even though What links here shows that no pages link to it.

Other than not being properly recognized as an orphan, the blanked page is ready for deletion.

I am curious, though, why it is not recognized as an orphan.

I can give you an answer for #26 on the Special:Lonely Pages

CNE is an acronym of Canadian National Exhibition. It was associated with a page that renamed Exhibition Place. Exhibition Place Trunking System, Toronto, Ontario - Scanner Frequencies That page would supercede CNE, however I see that it has never been created.

Delete CNE if you wish.
