Users with email and PM's blocked shouldn't be allowed to submit Feed Problem Reports

This is not the first time I have had someone submit a problem report and their profile is set to not receive emails or PM's. So I can not inform them that problem is not at my end or offer any helpful advice.

Users with email and PM's blocked shouldn't be allowed to submit feed problem reports and should be directed to the live audio listener support forum.

I have had the same problems myself. Their reports are usually due to their own browser problems too.

Even non-members can submit problem reports. Most members here probably don't even know how to enable/disable emails / PMs. I check my feed and if there is no actual problem I just ignore them.

Also this thread doesn't have anything to do with the Forums Administration. It should have been posted in the Live Audio Administration Forum.
