PRO-651 Alpha Tags

I have a 651 and want to broadcast alpha tags with my feed, but RadioFeed and ScannerCast do not support the 651. Any idea how this can be done?

Choose Pro-106, they are the same radio, it's a rebadged 106 made by Whistler.

Tried that.. Not working. Unless I'm doing something wrong, which I don't think I am.

Think I found the problem.. For whatever reason there is no communication with the scanner and this is a brand new cable.... Just tried programming software PSREdit500 and tried downloading from the radio, but it keeps telling me no connection, please make sure USB cable is plugged in. However, it shows on the scanner screen that its downloading..... I contacted the person who I bought the cable from. Awaiting a response.
