Unknown data 152.87 (Charlotte Area)

I have been doing some frequency searching to find anything new to listen to and came across some unknown data on 152.87. I tried to look up the licensee on the FCC database but could not find anything obvious. I keep hearing data bursts the sound like MDC IDs but there is no voice at all and my program for that yields nothing. I thought MAYBE taxi MDT data as it sounds similar but got nothing on that app. Anyone want to take a shot and listen to this to see if it is familiar to anyone else? I could be way off and it could just be some proprietary data. Either way anyone else care to make a guess?

Sounds like Kenwood FleetSync AVL data to me. Whatever it is it's busy even at this hour.

I had a suspicion it might be that. I may try to fire up a decoder and see what I can find.
