TIMS System

Years ago I recall a system set up called TIMS throughout Connecticut (Traffic Incident Management System)

Is this system still in use? Any info on its use or what it's frequencies are?

453.1250 & 453.1750, now called CMED Tac 3 & 4 (they were an EMS assigned set of frequencies but used by agreement if I recall correctly)
All the years I went out on the highway for calls, never once did I use the system. In theory it was good but AMR vehicles & CSP troopers didn't have access to it so there was never much point in trying to use it.
