HCPD Ranger 4

Does anyone know what unit Ranger 4 is?

I just heard it on the radio today and have never heard it before. I know there are park rangers but they used to ID as Parks XX, is this a change?

I heard that also, I suspect it may be a Parks & Rec supervisor since right after dispatch calling for Ranger 4 they mentioned an alarm at the Parks & Rec headquarters on Oakland Mills Road.
