Drove past one of the new towers at Ballas & 64 westbound. I noticed a new antenna on the tower completely different than the others. It looks, to me, like a MOSWIN antenna. Anyone else see it and any ideas?

800 or VHF? And remember that the antennas MOSWIN uses are nothing special, it could be anything. Moswin VHF sites have two antennas, RX and TX
Not sure what band. It looks nothing like the ones on the towers now. I have seen a couple of the VHF MOSWIN antennas and it looks a little like that. It's short and squatty and in an X pattern. Sort of. Terrible description I know.
