The past week I have been having issues picking up Manchester TRS control channel from Toms River. Anyone else notice this, or do I have some troubles on my end?

The license was renewed last month,nothing was changed to the output power as far as I can tell.
I am having a hard time pulling in the CC with my attic-mounted antennas. Something is up, and I hope it isn't my antenna system. 
It could possibly be,you should have no issues getting the system off the Manchester water tower site. I would try it without the attic antenna connected.
Tried it with a stock rubber duck, and nothing. This is weird, I was picking them up fine up to about a week or two ago.

I can't get a lock on the control channel either. I used to get it no problem when I swing the yagi around that way.
Do you have another scanner you can set up to check? A friend who has one? Maybe try re-programming that system.
Tried on multiple scanners connected to the same attic antenna, and a handheld with a rubber duck. This is very weird.
