Need help importing Chaffee County

Please let me know if I'm posting this in the wrong place. I just subscribed to the Premiun Service, and am attempting my first import via RR Web service w/o any luck.

I've tried reading everything I can about how, but still having trouble. I have a Pro-96 with Win96 latest version.

Is there any help for an "idiot" like me? ;^)

You should be able to open Win96
click on File
hover over Web import,Radio Reference, then trunked systems
Put in your RR user name and password,Click Start

Choose United States under Country
Choose Colorado under State
Choose Chaffee county under County
Choose State of Colorado DTRS under System
Hit the plus sign next to sites and either check the box to import all 214 sites, or better yet limit the sites to those actually in Chaffee county and line of sight to Chaffee county.
Click the plus sign next to talkgroup and click the ones you are interested in (Caution, list is not alphabetized! Chaffee county is far down the list)
When you are satisfied you have the talkgroups and sites (aka towers) you are interested in checked, click Import this system
Click Done
Edit the tags and banks to your liking then upload to scanner.
