Huh? WABC-TV, aka Channel 7, has been digital ATSC since June 2009. The frequencies that you mention were the old analog AM picture carrier and FM audio subcarrier respectively.

These frequencies were passed on with the original news story & video, to adhere to RR TOS I didn't want to script the entire news story, video & accompanying comments word for word, I decided to just post the the video in topic & just include the frequencies as a sidebar for anyone who might be interested, not to confirm or deny the accuracy or existence of or add to the RR database or WIKI.
