Sorry to hear about Bert. He was a treasure trove of information for WV scanning. He'll be missed. Prayers to his family.
This is such sad news. Bert was a very active participant in the WV forums, or at least the WVSIRN forum. Always a very pleasant guy to talk to. I'll miss seeing his reports on the goings on in his neck of the woods. I'll say a prayer for his family.
