get errors

im trying too run darkice on the new mint lmde up 8 and get this error

tryed all the devices got same error im hopen someone can show me were im going wrong thanks in advance

Try this:

sound - Darkice: no current section [0] - Ask Ubuntu

It doesn't really direct you to the problem but does indicate that formatting of that file may be the issue. Maybe some blank lines between the sections?
