46.10 is simplex. No repeater. The dispatch centers in Sussex who use 46.10 either transmit on a uhf frequency to a remote site that has output on 46.10 or they use a tie line or phone line going to a tower.
While not technically a "repeater" 46.10 is cross-band repeated on a few frequencies and are a better option to listen to 46.10 based on your location in the county since their receive sites may be superior to your own.

I use the last out of Hampton when mobile to get the best reception. I'm sorry, but I do not remember which town fire center 800 is otherwise I'd suggest which is best.

I dont know if they even call it fire center 800 anymore i recently got back in the scanner game ......Im thinking they call themselves County now...They used to dispatch Lafayette,Sandyston,Montague etc.
The Sussex County Sheriff's Comm Center is called County. This was started up last month. They dispatch for ten agencies. Nine of which were dispatched by Newton.

No they did not take over Newton. They offered lower cost's to the Township's then Newton. Town of Newton is self dispatch now. Which means, they only dispatch NPD, NFD, NEMS,DPW,etc. The County Comm Center is located in Frankford Township.
