I put in for a subscription and it said that I have already put in for a subscription which i did about 3 months ago and I still don't have access. I paid the $30 here is the screen shot without my visa card showing my account.

Is anyone going to answer my email to support? I sent an email to support because I went to follow up on uploading data base and it told me I had to pay for the update. Well i did about 4 moths ago. I went to pay again and it tells me my account is already active but it will not let me log in to upload. I sent an email with the page that tells you that my account is active .

Ok guys Its been a month now and no one has helped me out yet. I have signed up to pay the $30 for a subscription to use the data base to up load into my scanner. Everytime I add my credit card and hit enter I get a message that saids ( an account has already been set up) Can someone please look into this!!! Thank You call me if you have to or email me a number to call you.

Im not in position to help on your account problem, but I really suggest its not at all a good idea to put your personal number in a Public forum.
