I have received a request asking for the software so I went ahead and uploaded the disc image here RadioShack PRO-1.iso I don't believe this link violates forum policy if however it does just remove the link. You will need ImgBurn to burn this image to disc or alternately you could use a drive emulator.

I'm trying to find the serial drive to update the firmware, but the inf folder only has 1 file in it. Does anyone have a copy to the original file in this thread?
