cant conect into data base

Hi i like to down load some freg but after i try i ger booted of why it was OK last week i still a member i get in and half way tru i get closed out i try many times but not connecting help thwacks conann9

Welcome to RR. I see you have a 396XT What software are you using? Are you saying you could log on in thw software and download last week, but not now, or are you saying you haven't been able to log on in your software? Sometimes, the firewall causes problems. Try turning it off temporarily.
