536 WI-FI update fail

Tried doing the WI-FI update on my 536 and am getting to "Unhandled exception" "The write timed out"

Tried multiple re-installs and Reboots

Per Wiki did the "Compatability Mode \ Run as Admin change

Plugged & Unplugged Dongle

Made sure Comport was same under Device Manager

Which Mode should the 536 be in for update "Serial or Storage", I tried both

When I click Start Update, the load indicator pops up but does nothing then i get the error

Any ideas?

Updating the Wi-Fi dongle is done directly by plugging the dongle into our computer. See link above and follow directions to the letter. I don't remember if I had to right click the program and run as admin or not, but I would just so there is no issues.

Ok thanks doing it direct worked, read that line probable 10 times and missed the direct to PC part.
