Wassup radio enthusiasts? I wanted to share with you the possible OKCPD Chopper I sited on RTL1090 ADS-B Well, I think it belongs to OKCPD. I searched it's ICAO hex code which is A9A470. I found this:

N730KC is the other OCPD helicopter.

Per FlightAware, N720KC seen flying in California this week.

If you search N720KC on flightaware, there are several flight recorded in the last several days for it. Most of the flights are in the OKC area with the exception of the 27Oct flight. All of the other flights were recorded with ADS-B and that 27Oct flight was reported by Phoenix TRACON and Albuquerque Center. So the 27Oct flight is probably a different aircraft and the callsign N720KC was entered into the airspace system in error. In practice it sometimes takes a try or two to make sure that ATC has my correct callsign especially when the radio is being cantankerous (old planes and old radios) or I am far away from the RCAG site.

If it's not the police helicopter from what you are saying.
Someone using the Mode-S miscode hex on their aircraft.
Will keep researching about it. It doesn't fly very high. Maybe another helicopter.

The aircraft must be out of Oklahoma then.

N7OKC flies right over my location around the noon hours everyday. Leads me to believe it is some kind of city service. Maybe a tour.

N730KC Mode-S hex code & ADS-B data showed up in California and landed at Palomar Airport on Dec 2, 2015.

I feed flightaware and flightradar24 when i'm not using my pi as a FIS-B receiver in the air.
