there was a 11 vehicle pileup that has closed off portion of the 402 this afternoon with serious injuries several land ambulances and a air ambulance was dispatched to transport injured people to hospital when the air ambulance arrived they were forced to land and could not go any further do to complete whiteout conditions. the 402 west bound was expected to be closed for some time while opp and opp techincal traffic team investigates
