I don't see anything in the FCC records for them other than 48.38.

I used to listen to them all the time, but when I moved down to Pender and then Onslow, I haven't been able to listen to them for at least 10 years or more.

They had one heck of a footprint back in the day on their system with that tower at their office in Dudley.

According to the FCC database their license for that frequency doesn't expire till 2021. That should still be a good frequency for them, i have picked up their traffic from time to time however it was just the base station that i heard talking. You probably wont hear any mobile units unless they are really close to you since they are on low band. Also, just something else to keep in mind, they have mdt's in thier vehicles so they may be doing some of thier communications with those.
