Oak Creek Street Department

Hello, I have been looking for the frequency for the Oak Creek Street Department. Last time I checked they were on a channel that is now South Milwaukee DPW. Does any one know it? Are they on open sky?

They're on Milwaukee County Public Safety Trunking System
