Audio issues with DSDPlus and Unitrunker

I'm new to the whole Rtl-SDR as a scanner setup. I have two adapters, both working in SDRSharp and if I feed a single digital voice channel to the virtual audio cable from SDRSharp, I get good decode from DSDPlus. I also had this working the first night from Unitrunker, following a trunked system, though not with a very good decode.. I changed a few things to follow an analog trunked system for a while, and can't get the digital to decode again from Unitrunker. Looking at DSD's scope, it looks like Unitrunker is overdriving it. I've tried playing with the gain on the voice receiver in Unitrunker, as well as the auto gain checkbox, and the volume level in the Windows recording tab for the virtual audio line 1 that I am feeding DSD with. Anyone have any suggestions for what I could try? I ran DSDTune and it did improve the decode rate from SDRSharp, but still Unitrunker looks to be overdriving DSDPlus.
