Recent Freescan File for Cleveland County?

I need to program my BCD396xt with freescan. I have no idea what I am doing, and could really use some help. I updated the firmware to 1.11.01 I want to pickup Cleveland County, and want the tone out codes as well if someone can help me. I am really sorry to hassle y'all.

Just a quick reminder about the Tone Out Feature in the Uniden Scanners:
You can't scan a trunking system and use the Tone Out Feature at the same time.
It is either/or. Meaning you can have the scanner standby in Tone Out mode or
you can have it scan trunked systems but you can't do both.
If no one else is able to chime in I will try to put together a Freescan starter file
for you sometime over the weekend.
