BCD436HP

I just purchased a new 436hp and am working on my favorites list and would be interested to see how others have configured their list. If you have a x36hp radio and wouldn't mind sharing your file I would appreciate it. I have several ideas on how I think I will do it, but what I am looking for ideas on is for the DTRS systems. How you use quick keys for sites and departments and such.

Comments / suggestions are also welcome.

What aspects do you want to know? I have my FLs separated based on region. Each region consists of between 1 and 9 to 10 counties based on density (most are 9/10 counties). My Systems under those regions are either county based on in the case of dense areas, partial-county based.

My Departments are based on services. I'll attach a sample FL with blank channels if you want to use it as a template.

There was a little discussion a bit over over at the http://forums.radioreference.com/co...any-co-listners-gone-uniden-436hp-536-hp.html thread a year ago regarding some of the programming aspects of the x36HP series in Colorado. Steve provided a nicely laid out PDF in regards to how he is using quick keys that you might find useful.
