Is there a program or app that will upload a database from radioreference.com to a Uniden BC75XLT? FreeScan does not support this scanner. Thank you.

He said 'upload a db from RR' and the answer is...ARC75 from BuTel. This is, however, a conventional freqs only scanner - no trunking
