Years ago Old Tappan got a license on 150.7900 which originally was rumored to be for the ambulance, it went unused for years. nDuring this last snow storm the DPW started using it with a DPL. I couldn' t quite pick it off. Towns l.ike Allendale use multiple DPL's on 159.3300. One for the DPW and another as a "townwide" meaning all departments have access to it to let like the DPW communicate with the FD. Something to keep an ear on!

Frequency now listed in DB for Old Tappan. Only need DPL info.

Closter area (Interboro/Northern Valley) input to the 155.265 repeater is not 150.79 with a DPL.

While it is close to 150.79 (while the actual freq is available, I won't divulge here), there is no agency in the Interboro that uses 150.79 as input or receive.

Prior to its use for DPW, 150.79 was the original input to the OT/RV PD repeater before going narrowband. They switched a whole bunch of stuff up when that happened.
