It's been a few years but I don't think it's changed.
Fire:
you'll wanna find the good ol' KOK411, I think they've changed their call but that's what dispatch was identified as. YCFD5 - Station 11 - Granger
Police: I believe they are have dispatch coverage by YCSO check the database for YCSO Lookout. The other possibility might be by Sunnyside PD.

Thank you ebauer for the information. The city of Granger, Sunnyside and Grandview frequencies are hard to get for some reason. I will have to spend a little more time with my Scanner on search.
