Springfield City MaCom Tower

I have noticed a issue with the Springfield City Tower Frequencies.
The CC is on 851.7125 and there is a channel stuck open and it is 853.4625 has been for 3 days.
I scan the city and fire using DSD on my computer and im just not sure what has happened to their system
I don't know if it is causing them any issues or not

The 853.4625 I think maybe is a Talkaround freq. (TA-1).

Correction 853.4875 is a TA not the City trunked freq. listed.

After running Etrunk that LCN-7 repeater is out of service and is trunking only 1-6 for now.

The channel 853.4625 is back online and the system is back to normal now
