Orange DPW

I just confirmed hearing Orange DPW on 46.560. However, they no longer seem to be licensed in the FCC db. Can anyone explain why? License Search Error

After so many years of not re-licensing, the old license under the KFR551 class sign is eventually purged from the FCC system.
Their UHF Police license is also expired.KYN763 EXPIRED 06/04/2013

I don't see their fire dispatch frequency on that list either. Nor is their PD channel 2 there.

Wow. I'm surprised they are able to get away with this. I didn't catch the PL because I picked them up in Discovery mode.
