I turned on my 785D yesturday and when i triied to listen to the OPP all i got was the digital transmission noise, when they were talking, the ambulance and MTO were comming in normal. OPP were ok to listen to sat, but when i turned on scanner again today they were digital again, has something changed? i checked everything programed into the scanner and it looks just fine.

bad signal perhaps?
as mentioned try and reload the scanner with previous known working settings incase something was hit accidentally.

If still nothing then maybe the card went bad/not connected/not enabled etc

When it boots up does it does it say something like DIGITAL CARD INSTALLED?

Those old digital cards were known to become flaky. Sometimes pulling them out and reinserting them did the trick.
